Some say Atheists are just lazy, well, it took real effort to get here. Christians and others alike have just “accepted” the biggest lie ever told. But Atheists are lazy? I don’t understand why non-Atheists are coming here. You people claim to be the product of an all loving God, and not only his product but a reflection of him…after all the Bible does say we were all made in his image. Religious people believe that God created everything down to the very first atom (that’s if they even believe in atoms at all)…if you believe this then it stands to reason that you all believe that God created Atheists. This means they were also made out of God’s image, so what does this say about your God?
Also, how can you claim to be the representation of an all loving God but go to Atheist websites and youtube channels saying hateful things. “I hope you find Jesus, you bitch” sounds very ridiculous not to mention oxymoronic. All of you do these things to kiss your God’s ass, and if you believe that the rude, childish, and ignorant gestures you make pleases God then why the hell would anybody want to worship him? I wouldn’t want to worship a God that gets a wood every time a religious person damns an atheist to hell, after all “we are all God’s children”…right? If you love God then you will love what he loves, and according to your religious dogma he loves everything he created, so now we get to the paradox of is insulting atheists really pleasing God?
You religious people are sick in the head, irrational, and according to many IQ tests, some of the dumbest people in the world.
The only reason you are God fearing people at all is because of the indoctrination you received as children. And these black Christians on here should remember that Christianity was used to justify the enslavement of their ancestors, not to mention that the KKK loves to burn crosses and are proud Christians, which is very similar to the violent spewing of your font. The next time you bash an Atheist, remember that you believe in talking snakes, a 600 year old drunk that put every animal in the world on an ark that was just the size of a football field, a man surviving after being trapped in a whale’s belly and a lion’s den, women being turned into salt, soft cannibalism by having bread and wine represent flesh and blood,monsters with numerous heads, and the dead coming back to life.

A minority within a minority indeed! I live in the townships of South Africa and I think my brother and I are the only two in our neighbourhood. Our mother is a Christian but fortunately she never annoys us about ‘that dude frying us in his red hot pan with his fork for ETERNITY!!!’ It’s not easy being the only one who doesn’t see the flying spaghetti monster for what it is, a flying spaghetti monster! Black neighbourhoods are unfortunate in that we have been engulfed in poverty and clouded by superstition for ages and as a result, reason becomes non-existent. I have also noticed that there are brothers/sisters out there who are atheists but cloak themselves in Gnosticism. I SAY, I’D RATHER LIVE MY LIFE FREE FROM THE MENTAL SHACKLES OF ILLUSION, LIVE A DECENT LIFE, LOVE MY FELLOW BEINGS AND THEIR FLAWS PERPETUATED BY SOCIETY, TRY TO HELP WHERE I CAN THAN FIND EMOTIONAL SOLACE IN UNREALISTIC AND SUPERSTITIOUS NONSENSE!
When did you guys start to become athiest?
I’m a middle-aged, atheist white woman. Today I started adding people to my “People Who Inspire You” area on Facebook. After adding 10 people, I looked at them and saw I’d added 9 white men and 1 white woman. Most atheist or agnostic, and most of them comedians. I realized I don’t know any black atheist comedians (or asian or hispanic, for that matter). So I Googled “famous black atheists,” and came across this site.

??? If you are one of the believers bound for glory, doesn’t that imply compassion? Search the bible for the “fruits of the spirit”. I believe it state that the fruits of the spirit of god are all the good things – like love, long suffering, kindness, patience, etc. But the fruits of the spirit of evil are jealousy (hmm GOD has one of the EVIL traits? Oh yeah, I forgot), envy, hatred, etc. – all the BAD things. But then your god is BOTH good and evil and you are a mere reflection of him, eh?
